The world's best u20 players have rolled into my city of vancouver and i've got a good feel for the tournament. I'm going for some easy/sketchy cash with my posted plays here:
Group A Winner: United States (+150) and...
Group A Winner: Canada (+150)
So...here I am basically taking these two powerhouses against the three other teams in Group A (Finland, Switzerland and Norway)
I am laying 100 on the US and 100 on Canada
So basically I'm betting 200 for a return of 250
Now...I had to determine whether this risk is worth it or not...and I determined that it definitely was...
This is a far better and safer play than probably every other 1.25 to 1.00 play that you'll see
Notes: Canada def. Russia 8-1 in an exhibition match...Finland is rated as the 6th or 7th best team in the tournament...The US team is the pre-tourney favorite with several top draft choices...
If you need an outright winner for this tournament I would say the United States, but with Canada being at home I feel that my group A play is extremely strong.
