Just wondering , would there be lines up for the 2006 turin hockey olympics?

I can imagine a game like canada vs italy would be -1000000 ml

All I see is the winner of it all.

Last time I checked Canada was +177.

As for vs Italy, it will probably be a spread. Something like -4.5 goals... just a guess could be higher.

Canada could ice a second team, and it would probably be +350. Spezza, Crosby, Savard, Mcabe, Marleau, Kariya, Boyle, Joseph and Staal didn't even make the first team LOL.

I woulnt bet on canada to win this one. The Czech or Russians will take it this year.

Well, I heard on TV that is always Canada's gold to defend and lose. They have their fate in their own hands.

I think that is absolutely true. Canada has always been there and always put up a strong team. Heck, they could have 3 or 4 teams that could go. Even their 2nd team of who JML mentioned could have a chance of winning a medal.

Poor Crosby being left off. I know he must be disappointed but he has to realize that he is still young. Come next Olympics he will be the Captian of the team. Still young, still got lots of chances. Gotta go with that works, the veterians!
