Just trying to figure out why exactly this game is only -14. I realize that UNC has a pretty young team, and could come out slow after upsetting Kentucky, but.. here's what I've found so far..
The loss to Illinois early this season snapped UNC's 21home game win streak.
North Carolina hasn't lost consecutive home games since Jan. 22-Feb. 2, 2003, when it was beaten by ranked opponents Maryland and Wake Forest.
The Billikens have lost three straight and 11 of 14 road games dating to last season.
So.. bad road team.. pumped up UNC crowd..
Can anyone maybe propose the other side of this game? Currently I'm looking to throw pretty large on this, and I've already seen 3 others on this game, so looking for some insight from people who may know these teams better than I do.
