Tuesday: Evansville +14

A majority are on Western Kentucky yet this line has dropped a full two points. You know me, I gotta give that a try. Looks to be too many points anyway unless there is some matchup problem I'm not a aware of. W. Kentucky has played great so far, extremely high shooting percentage including two consecutive high percentage games so I'm looking for the possibility of a return to a more normal number and an increased focus on the part of Evansville to D it up if they want a shot at a win. An outright win would be a struggle but I think they can stay close. I think some season stats are possibly skewed as well with very high scoring games in their first two for Evansville, both going OVER by 35-40 points. Not sure what happened there but if Evansville has refocused on defense, which it appears they might have with two under games following, that works in favor of a cover here.

I just look at wagerline dot com. I know its a figure just of the people who I guess compete in contests there, but it's fairly accurate as to what the broad public is doing.

Wow, these guys BLOW. But this line is inflated. They've played a tough schedule, huge dogs in every game so far with the exception of their same opponent tonight, where they were 3.5 dogs at home and got blown away 82-65. Now they are 15 point dogs on the road. Riverside has only managed to shoot in the low 30% range but they've play Washington St., USC, and Portland, double digit dogs in each one and clearly outmatched. But this San Diego team is more in their range and this is a unique early season (same season) revenge game for them. San Diego has played a much weaker schedule, vs. Campbell (?) for instance. The public continues to hit SD, yet the line has dropped 2.5 on the dog as well.

No tails on this one please!
