im thinking about going with Louisiana Tech +22.5 also, after reading about how Louisiana Tech have nothing to play for, and Fresno is really such a better team. Im really leaning toward the +22.5.

Why?

If i was Freshno and i know i can beat Louisana Tech, i would save my guys from any injuries for future plays. :) That my theory.

I follow Florida St pretty closely and that line really scares me. I think the VT game may be another route. Based on the assumption that FSU can't put up many points on their defense, I like the u45.5 more than anything.
