just opened a <a href="http://www.bodog.com/welcome/168315/sportsbook">bodog</a> account b/c local quit. now i have "real" rules. Does this mean:

209 UCLA +21½ (-115)
- - -
210 USC -21½ (-105)

if i take ucla for $10 and lose then I pay $15 or are all straight up bets like a local with 10%. say $11 to win $10. I know this is a dumbass question but i have never had to deal with the real rules.
Love the UC and have been lurkin and tailing. Thanks guys!

Good luck too all!!

If you take UCLA, you're betting $11.5 to win $10

I am going to use $100 instead of $10, but anyway if you lay down $100 they take the $100 out of your account right away. If you win you get your 100 back and win whatever the payout is. (-120,-115, -105, EVEN, +105, +110) For example if you put down $100 on Akron (-115) tonight on bodog could win around $85. I just looked at it and for some reason the payout is $86.96 on a $100 bet, so I guess maybe there is a little wiggle room, but for the most part it is right on.

Actually with BODOG if you bet $10 at -110 you get back 9.09

at -115 you'd get back 8.69

at -105 you'd get back 9.52

Of course you'd get back your original investment.

Wagonhoper is right, if you choose to bet $11.50 you will get $10.00 back

Horf!n

I know that was stupid but I always had the 10% local rule.
Thanks a ton.
