UNC +25 - 20 Units
Not a homer play. UNC is bowl eligible and will bring everything they have left in the tank tonight. This defense has steadily improved thorughout the year. I have heard comments from several opponents this year that UNC is the best defense they faced. With the majority of the the starters back on D next year this could be a major carryover game. All that said, I think UNC matches up well against VT (3 point loss late year at this time) and the conservative offense will help them keep this low scoring. If UNC has any one exposure it is the middle to deep pass, and I dont think this is Vick's strong suit, especially with freezing cold weather. On the VT side Elmo may not play limiting the run game. Also, I cant help but think that after playing Miami, Virginia and the ACC championship up next, that VT has to let down a little somewhere in that 4 game run. I don't think UNC wins this game, but I do think they make it a battle and keep it within the number the entire game......
