Have been absolutely atrocious last three nights. Guess I'll keep trying but wont last long at this pace. 0-8 last three nights. What so amazing to me is how really good I am at picking losers. Maybe I should try an opposite night. Go through all the process then right before I punch the ticket, go opposite. Can't do much worse.
Anyway, no need for any lengthy write ups but suffice to say, watched the Islanders/Thrashers game last night and once again, we got no goaltender. Every time Thrashers seem to take a couple of steps forward, goaltender goes down and we bring Earl from the hot dog stand in to help out. The score in the game last night was a little misleading. We had sooooo many chances and simply could not make it happen. Then every time you turned around, there's ol Earl letting in another one. Anyway, I say all of that to say LGI is in Tampa who I believe, will be a different team than the Thrashers. Coupled with the fact that Torts is probably still fuming from their collapse in DC the other night and will be ready to go tonight against LGI. My play here will be........
Tampa -1/2 -116
Actually wished I could watch the game tonight from Charlotte as Lundqvist & Co. visit the Hurricanes who are still 7-1 at home and will want to put out a huge effort tonight to make sure they don't do a 0-9 game again in front of the home crowd so will play.........
Carolina -1/2 +103
This one scares me a bit but going to play it anyway cause I'm a glutton for humility..........
