College Football has been my only stronghold lately as Obviously I've had a tough time i nthe NBA reading the skill of teams after the ridiculous amount of trades in the offseason. Anywhoo let's hope for another winning week... BOL to all of you....
And for info I set my units at $30, my bankroll isn't that insane....
11/11
Louisville -21.5 (7 Units) WINNER
My oh my how up and down Rutgers has been on the season.... An opening week loss to Illinois is just rediculously embarassing looking back.... their next road game, against the worst team in Division IA College football... a sub-par 17-3 win over Buffalo....
They go back on the road and spank Syracuse, 31-9 against a team that has turned out to be a complete bust, at 1-7, beating only by coincidence that very same Buffalo team... They go back on the road and squeak out a win against a sub-par UCONN team that is known little for it's football... That leaves them at 1-3 ATS on the road and 2-2 SU... Rutgers has been turning the ball over 2.0 times per game on the season and while that number isn't poor, that certainly is inaffordable against Louisville on the road.... Let me get to how ridiculous louisville is at home! They Are 4-0 ATS... WINNING BY 40.1 PPG!!!!! One of those teams was Florida Atlantic, which was a lopsided game on the statsheet already... Aside from that they were able to beat an above-average Oregon State Team by 36! A respectable North Carolina by 54! And most recently Wannstead's panthers in a huge divional game by 22 which should have been won by about 42 if it wasn't for poor offense in Pitt territory.... Rutgers is coming off an embarassing home loss to South Carolina in Which they were dominated all game. Louisville has no reason to look ahead here as they have piss-poor Syracuse and UCONN ahead of them.... To add to that Rutgers has had a whole different class of opponents.... West Virginia was it's only formidable opponent, a game in which they were man handled.... Although louisville hasn't faced the toughest of competition, they've faced more formidable opponents than Rutgers.... these teams are on different levels and Louisville should cruise on the statsheet... I see no reason to play rutgers here....
Louisville is also 3-1 O/U At home, missing last week by 4 points because of a few dumb Turnover's and other reasons....
Louisville Rutgers over 66 (5 Units) LOSER
Pick: Louisville 63, Rutgers 14
{Louisville 56, Rutgers 5}
11/12
Texas A&M/ Oklahoma UN 56 (2 Units) LOSER
Oklahoma is on a roll, but at home they don't give up many points, and A&M's offense is dog shit. Oklahoma just doesn't have the offensive skill to score 50+ here and they game shouldn't stay close...
Pick: Oklahoma 34, Texas A&M 14
{Oklahoma 36, Texas A&M 30 :puke: }
Purdue -23 (4 Units) WINNER
Illinois is done, they are an embarassment and they can;t wait until next year, Purdue had a very nice win last week and are looking for things to build on....
Pick: Purdue 42, Illinois 0
{Purdue 34, Illinois 3}
Texas Over 54 (3 Units) WINNER
The only way Kansas covers 33 is if they can score.... Texas is on a roll and they should get this themselves
Texas 52, Kansas 14
{Texas 66, Kansas 14}
Southern Cal -18.5 (2 Units) WINNER
This has the makings of a rout as Cal has been overrated this year and just can't repeat what they did last year.
Pick: USC 56, Cal 24
{USC 35, Cal 10}
LSU -3 (5 Units) PUSH
Just a gut feeling..... Shouldn't play it that way, but hey who cares?
Pick: LSU 6, Bama 0
{LSU 16, Alabama 13}
LSU/Bama Under 37 (10 Units) WINNER
My money bet this Satuday, just don't see annnnnnnnnnnnnyone scoring at anypoint in this game.
TCU -29 (1 Unit) WINNER
UNLV = garbage... No QB = blowout
Pick: TCU 38, UNLV 0
{TCU 51, UNLV 3}
Hawaii -16.5 (10 Units) WINNER
Another big play for me.... the Hawaii home factor is a key, and Utah State just doesn't have it. Everybody knows that.
Pick: Hawaii 63, Utah State 35
{Hawaii 50, Utah State 23 }
7-2 + 29.3 Units :jig: :jig: :jig:
