Let me just start this by saying I'm a huge FSU fan, and I've attended this game ever since 1995.

I live in South Carolina and the two major headlines are: 1) Steve Spurrier going against Florida, and 2) Clemson's QB controversy.

You'd think that with this big game they'd focus on trying to beat the 'Noles again like they did two years ago. Well, unfortunately for them, the only questions they're answering are about their QB.

Sports is all about focus, and Clemson will be unfocused thanks to the performance the backup QB had against Duke on homecoming.

This is a lovely 12pm matchup, so the fans won't have all day to get drunk and rowdy. This Bowden Bowl will go to the elder. :thumbs:

LB AJ Nicholson on the importance of the Clemson game:

"That is what we want to do, go into the ACC Championship game on a role. We need to get our head back in the game. It is going to be a tough one. We have Clemson on the road and it is going to be at noon. We have got to go up to Clemson and really make a statement. So, if we beat Miami, Clemson and Florida, that says a lot about this team and the character that we have."

(on what they are playing for this weekend)

"We can still go down as one of the greatest Florida State teams ever. Everybody is thinking how can you do that? There have only been four teams in the last 15 years that have won 11 games. If we win the rest of our games, then we still go down as starting the dynasty all over again. We are already in the ACC Championship game but that is not good enough."

(on the game against Clemson)

"This game is almost as big as that one (Florida). Coach Bowden is coaching against his son again and the last couple of games against Clemson have been real heated. Since 1999, there has always been some pretty good hype going into it. It would definitely help us in terms of our mental focus and confidence because Clemson is just as loud as Florida. If we go in there and get a win, it is going to give us that much more confidence when we go to Gainesville."

Nice hogwash, Clem daddies roll all over the Criminoles. They need to start free shoes at dillards all over again. Weinke in Warrick was the last hope. Whitehurst rolls for 400 yards passing.

12 o'clock game or not, we'll be drunk and rowdy:yeah:

go tigers.

I will not touch this game because of obvious ties, but I will say this is a great spot for FSU coming off the loss, but we will see.

For the fans this is the GOY for Clemson. They're going to be so dissapointed tomorrow!! :yeah:

Drew W has the best #s of all ACC QBs. Not to say he's the better QB, but combined with the talen around him they have the better offense. :thumbs:

Clemson faced a D as good as FSU's?? Highly unlikely. :gulp:

True FSU's D is nasty, but you have to admit there is something wrong with there offense. I wish you the best luck with your boys, but I just think Clemson pulls it out. Have fun tommmorrow JP!!

I hope everyone faded that play.

I missed three key factors:

FSU's OL (only had 8 healthy guys)
Clemson senior day
Clemson HAD to win a game to get to a bowl

I feel like an assssss :bang:

We sucked.
