I like this game so much I am posting for the first time.
Take it from a former Knoxvillian who worked for years with Bobby Denton at WIVK (People from Knox-Vegas and Vol fans know what I am talking about), THE VOLS STINK.
This is the same team that couldn't handle the G-Cocks at home last week and put up a measly 3 points against an overrated Bama team. How in the hell are they gonna keep this game within 10 points?
Granted, ND has lost twice at home this year, but Tennessee's game plan of 1st down run between the tackles, 2nd down run between the tackles, 3rd down pass ain't gonna get it done against Notre Dame on Saturday.
TENNESSEE CANNOT SCORE. The Vol's offense had awesome field position the entire game against the G-Cock's last week and could not convert. Just look at the score in the Bama game and it speaks for itself.
ND beats the crap out of Tennessee on Saturday. They will have a ton of recruits in South Bend on Saturday as this is a high profile game. In addition, one more loss takes them out of the BCS picture so expect them to be pumped up.
This is my pick of the year and accordingly, I am heavy on Notre Dame.
I got in early when the line was -8. That being said, I would take it at -20.
I respect the Vol's D so I am watching the total and leaning toward the under. For now I am offering the following prediction:
ND 38
TN 6
:thumbs::bbang::gulp:
More to come.
