Hit the big play with PHI on THURS........they are absolutely awful on the PK giving the 26th ranked PP a nice 3 for 8 night. but a W is a W. had a great run the last 10 days.....hoping i don't turn into the pumpkin here.....

TAM -1 (regulation)...........................i am so not a fan of laying anything in this league the way it is going. But with that being said, WAS is truly awful on the road. They have the league's worst road PK, 3rd worst road PP and have been outscored 20-8 in 4 road games. TAM hasn't been worldbeaters at home, but does own the leagues 2nd ranked PK at home, which seems to be the most important stat anymore. WAS has already beaten TAM in OT earlier this year, and i just don't see it happeining again. WAS is just 1-3 on the road. They got their road win in BUF. TAM wins tonight.
TAM-5 WAS-2

i would love to play CAR tonight. PHI playing 3I4 and is absolutely AWFUL on special teams, while CAR has some of the league's best special teams numbers. The only thing keeping me off the CAR side is that sometimes wins like PHI had last night can be season/momentum changers. I may still play this game OVER, because as many penalties as PHI takes and as bad as their PK is, you can almost chalk the other team up for 2 PP goals minimum. These teams are averaging almost 8 goals/game between the 2 of them and both have been giving them up for the most part too........any thoughts are welcome on the PHI/CAR over6....

FF------I like CAR at -110 vs. PHI especially after what happened tonight. I don't see how they can have enough gas in the tank to play with a pretty good CAR team. The over is also a good play imo.

Ernest- THX!...CAR is actually the dog right now at Pinnacle at +104. PHI PK is so bad that i am inclined to go with CAR. Like the over more, though.

going to take a stab at this one....

MIN/CBJ under6.........................MIN has only scored 4 goals in 7 games on the road while allowing a little over 2 GA. CBJ has only netted 10 goals in 5 home games, and if you take away that whole period where the refs gave DET the PP for the entire time (and about 3 5 on 3's)...they are only allowing about 2 GA at home. MIN has the 3rd best PK on the road and CBJ PK is top 15 at home. I just don't see a lot of offense in this one and i will play the season's trend home/away for these 2 teams and play the under. I just don't think both these teams will get to 3 goals, and i don't see one scoring more than 4. Nash most likely won't play and the MIN will once again be without Gaborik (and possibly Kuba and Dupuis)

i think it will end up -125 or so. Carolina has not lost at home and is 4-1 their last 5. I just think with PHI traveling this is not a very good spot for the Flyers imo. I actually like CAR more than the over but will probably play them both.

Ernest- you are right, it isn't a good spot for PHI and if PHI had won in regulation normally tonight i would be all over CAR. Just have a wierd feeling they get the old trampoline effect off that win last night which will keep me off CAR......GL if you play it!

FF - I really like the over on that PHI/CAR game also. I believe CAR is a little over rated although they are playing decent. I think PHI will score enough and win 5-3 giving CAR their 1st home loss. Forsberg got going last night and I think he plays big tonight. Of course, just my opinion. :thumbs:

GL Flyers....you are right about the league this year its a cappers nightmare hats off to anyone beating the book right now. I am struggling like a one legged gymnast here...going to keep plugging away until I bust or get back into it have a feeling some good things are coming....anyways

I am from nc and have watched carolina play and they are on fire right now, come behind win over boston handed ottwa firs defeat of the season and should have beat toronto on the road,they outplayed them all game, this team is for real this year they have brindamour as leader and you can see alot of energy and enthusiasm at practice, I think they get it tonight , My book doesnt let you parlay totals and I dont like them much even though they are coming up this year that migh e a good bet. shark- yeah, i am going to play that over in the CAR game. make sure you get yours in this time...lmao...

jgm- GL!...CAR is definitely solid. i have been singing their praises for a while. not touching tonight's game. they haven't been playing complete games, though, as they have had major defensive lapses in the first 1/2 of their games and have had to come from behind. i like the over much more than a side tonight. PHI just might gain some momentum from that OT win last night. GL!

TAM (1P).............TAM has scored 1/2 their goals in the 1P outscoring opponents 15-4. WAS has been a brutal 1P team being outscored 12-6

MIN (1P)..................CBJ being outscored 10-3 in the first while MIN holds a 10-5 1P scoring edge

LAK (1P)....................LAK outscoring opponents 15-7 in the first while SAN has been outscored 13-9

these need to start hitting at around 68% to make them worth playing....we'll give it a couple of kevin weeks and see where these end up record wise.

Great job FF. TB shouldn't have won that game. I sat there and watched them play like a bunch of stiffs. That tells you how bad WASH is. Pavel Kubina SUCKS! He should get the biggest Snatch of the year award.
