UTEP is Coming in at 3-1 (2-2 ATS and 1-1 Conf) while Tulane is 2-2 (1-2 ATS and 1-1 Conf)...Meeting of West Div Conf USA Teams that will be the 1st Ever Meeting..Game will be Played at Joe Aillet Stadium in Louisiana (La Tech Field) Because of Katrina Effects..There will Not be Much Home Field Advantage with Less than 10,000 Fans Expected..Katrina has Turned Tulane Football Upside Down with Players Sleeping on the Gym Floor at Jackson St with 30 Plus Hours of No Electicity then Stayed in Dallas Hotal for 2 Weeks..Been a Hard Time for Them..In the 4 Games Played so Far for Tulane they have Only Allowed 1 TD in the 1st Half of All 4 Games Combined..Pretty Solid D..Total D for Tulane is Ranked # 12th Only Allowing 275 Yards/Game While UTEP Total D is Ranked # 66th Allowing 376 Yards/Game..100 more Total Yards a Game..Tulane Scoring D is Allowing 21.8 Points/Game and UTEP D is Allowing 24.5 Points/Game...UTEP is Banged Up at Skilled Positions..QB Palmer with 3 Seperated Ribs..RB Abell Hip..WR Francies with Ribs and will Not Play (UTEP Best WR)..Now UTEP has Not Played Since Oct 1st and have had All most 2 Weeks to Get Ready and Prepare or Get Rusty..??..Time will Tell..All 4 Games for Tulane have Went Under the Total and 3 of 4 Games for UTEP have went Under (Only Over was Houston Game that Both Looked Bad in 1st Half then Pts Scored Fast in 2nd Half..ESPN Game)...Here is What I See..A Low Scoring Game with Both Scoring in Low to Mid 20s (Like Yearly Ave) with Tulane keeping this One Very Close..Strange Things have Happened on the Friday Nite Games and I See Tulane getting to Feel Good after All the Bad Things they Have Went through if At Least for Awhile and this One Staying Under..Me Thinks..So..

Well...I Ran Every Game Thru A Power Rating System..Kinda Like My Good Friend Queen's System..The Game that Came Up with the Line that was the Most Off was...Flor St/Va Game..I Have Flor St Winning by 15 to 18 Pts in this One..In Honor of the "Queen" System..So..

Way to man up Thor! In addition to the key injuries I listed, UVA's D'Brickashaw Ferguson, their best offensive lineman, is listed as doubtful for Saturday's game against F$U. Even if he does play, he is hobbled by injury, and will have to be subbed for a lot. Man, this is shaping up to be an ugly game for my Wahoos.
