Please help!

I am fairly new to posting in this forum, but I have been a long time "viewer".

I have been a customer of sportsbook.com and sportingbetusa.com for close to 8 years. In July the company overbilled my credit card $1000, and I have been fighting with them ever since to get the charges reversed. Well, yesterday they went ahead and deleted $1000 out of my account...they said that they already credited my account twice...I am now down $2000 with these people. In my opinon they also owe me finance charges for the $1000 balance that I have carried due to their mistake.

Yes, I did withdraw everything out of my account today.


But,,

1) Is there any way I can file a complaint against this company?
2) Please, Please, Please suggest a new online betting site that you have had success with. I respect the opinion of the people in this forum. I am looking for a fair site with easy deposits and payouts.

If you'd like me to followup on the issue for you, Id be more than happy to but I need every single detail including account number, dates of deposits etc and what happened from the beginning to the end.

I can then forward this to my contact who will indeed investigate this.

That company is rock solid and I have my doubts about this situation so forgive me if I sound a bit like I have one eye squinted.

Did you charge them back ever? Did you open multiple accounts to abuse the bonus offerings? I need to know all this and whatever else you can think of and I'll forward the info to them if your situation is indeed legit.

Their a publicly traded company and in all my years Ive never had any complaints, hence my curiosity.

Nonetheless, I will surely look into it for you.

I never have charged them back, but will tomorrow when I get the check for all the funds that were in my account. I am going to call my credit card company and ask them to reverse the charges that are overbilling.

I never opened duplicate accounts. This is honestly their mistake.

Kevin, what other online company would you recommed. I enjoyed sportingbetusa/sportsbook until this incident...to give you an idea of what I was used to in the past.
