i see a decent amount of people playing UTEP. They may be without Ebell, their sparkplug running back, as well as their top wideout. Palmer the QB is really banged up, though, he should play. I would make sure those guys are playing before laying 7. Their offense isn't nearly the same without those guys. Laying touchdown + away from home without the people that make an offense tick is going to put you in the poorhouse in the long run. Just an FYI. GL!
