Wow, what a pleasant surprise. Thanks FF, Skins, Z, Corey, Fish, AngelZ and Shark. It has been a great birthday so far. Just wished I could start picking some winners. Habs got me in OT last night but hey, it's still early.
FF, I'd be careful with my Thrashers just yet. The reason Luongo had such a good night wasn't so much as his performance (not to take away from his effort), but Thrashers really looked way out of sinc. They even had a 5 on 3 wrapped around a 5 minute PP and couldn't score. I'll come back with a couple of plays later.
My wonderful wife surprised me with two tickets to the Thrashers opener at Phillips tomorrow night and Smoltzie gave us (Injuns) a chance again so all is well with me, regardless of my plays.
