I love weeknight games (even though this one isn't one to get too excited about).
In this game I see 2 weak defenses and par to subpar offenses. Somehow I see a slight advantage for North Texas; mostly basing this on their ability to run (which hasn't been as good as it should thus far) and their recent dominance in the conference and especially their tendency to play well at home and cover conference spreads.
With that said here we go:
-N. Texas -2
-Over 47
-1st score fg or saftey
-1st quarter over 7.5
-1st half Parlay: N. Texas -1/2 & over 23.5
