Well...up to 57% after a 14-6 run the last 2 weeks.....going to try to ride the hot streak.....



<b>North Texas -2</b>



This is pretty much a pick'em and in this case, I will take the home team who is riding a 26 game conference winning streak.

The Mean Green beat Troy 21-0 the last time they played in Denton and this Troy team does not have the staunch defense that they have had in the past (losing DeMarcus Ware is a big part of that).

North Texas is coming off 2 straight shellackings, but being at home and back in conference play will get them juiced up at win this one in a low-scoring affair.


Prediction: North Texas 24 Troy 13

No. Illinois needs a win in the MAC and the home teams usually do well in conference.

The capping info I've used shows it pretty much as anyone's ballgame, but I am going on a huge gut feeling to push my pick in this direction.

The Over is probably the play, but I think the Huskies take care of business at home.

Well....moved to 1-1 on the week with the Huskies last night....now....on to tonight's game:



<b>Georgia Tech -3 (1 point buy)</b>


I know that out of the cappers I've seen so far, it's like me and Domer vs. the World so far, but I've watched NC State a couple of times this season and I am very unimpressed.


Common opponent UNC beat NC State on the road and Georgia Tech defeated UNC at home.

Georgia Tech flat-out owns this series. Won 9 out of 10 SU, won 4 straight, and have won 7 straight on the road.

Buying it down just in case of the FG game, but I'm pretty sure I won't need it.

Phillip Rivers couldn't beat Georgia Tech and I liked him more than I like the QB they have now.

It's supposed to be rainy and Reggie Ball can beat you with his arm and his legs.

I like the multi-dimensional aspect here.


Prediction: Georgia Tech 24 NC State 19

Ace I am leaning your way as well but you did miss a huge common opponent which was V TECH. Georgia Tech got crushed 51-7 and NC State lost 20-16 just thought you needed to know.

I am so disgusted about last night's game, that I don't have the energy to write up every game this week. Just rest assured that they were all capped in my usual manner and that unless the games end up like last night, I should have a decent week.
