Early Play - CAL BEARS +2

Grab this line now. Wrong Team is favored in this one as Cal brings one of nations best running games into Rose Bowl.

I believe Cal will roll up the yards on the ground in this one. Marshawn Lynch returned to run for 100 and a TD against ARIZONA, and Cal Bears defense has been solid so far. UCLA's Maurice Drew was bottled up against Washington. This line will be flipped around by gametime as I see Cal being favored by kickoff.

Be careful. I think UCLA was looking ahead last week which explains thier piss poor performance against the Huskies. They were lucky to escape with a win. I look at UCLA in a similar light as Alabama going into last week's game against Florida. Both Bama and UCLA were good programs but have fallen on hard times the last decade. Both have young coaches who have slowly rebuilt the program to respectability and only need a convincing win at home against a highly ranked opponent to bring their team into the limelight. Bama did it last week against the Gators and UCLA is looking to do the same against the Bears I think this is a game UCLA has been waiting for for a long time. I learned a long time ago never bet against a lower ranked team favored over a higher ranked team. Good luck with your play.

I just think this is a total mismatch upfront. Cal has a "HUGE" offensive line(just may be the best offensive line in the country) and UCLA was miserable against the run last year and it hasn't gotten any better this year. Washington ran for 218 last week, I'm sure Cal is gonna pound the ball. :thumbs:

WW...I agree with you...their o'line is one of the best in the country..they should be able to run the ball against the Bruins.My only concern is Ayoob throwing the ball...he missed some wide open wr's on sat...i look for Tedford to get him going this weeekend.

Cal will be a strong play for me this weekend

Simply put.

If I bet a game it's always to win 1 unit. So I put up 1.1 to win 1. If I win i take home 1 unit but if i lose, i'll lose 1.1. So I count the vig in my record cause I'm losing that money. I try and put a true reflection on what I win and lose.
