Indy hasn't gone over the total all season. Because of that, this total is down nine points from the total of 55 from the last time these two played last December. That game finished with a total of 75 points scored. The Titans have gone over the total in 2 of 3. These teams have played over the total three times in a row when they've met.
Tennessee was held down by the Steelers defense (7 pts.), but scored 25 against the Ravens and 27 last week on the road vs. the Rams. I look for McNair to have success against an Indy defense that really hasn't seen a good offense all year long (Ravens, Browns, Jags). If the Titans can block Freeney, McNair will have success.
Manning will see the nickel defense all game long. James will get a lot of carries. But I see a young Titans secondary giving up some big plays on play action. Manning is too smart and this offense is too good to stay mediocre for very long.
