The Saints are on my list of teams never to be on or against along with the Minnesota Vikings and the Tennessee Titans. Those 3 teams are so unpredictable. For Example, NO comes off a big win against Carolina, then gets murdered the next two. The vikings get murdered first two games, then do the whooping in game 3. I had a teaser Tennessee +20 week one, and that was the only game I lost. I believe they won or at least covered last week?

Well anyways, Buffalo is riding a nice streak from last season, and isn't the defense still there? I haven't really been tracking them as of late, but I expected the line to be Buffalo -3.5 to 6 against the saints who technically don't have a home right now.

I'm definitely missing something, but I might just go ahead and take New Orleans this week with the PICK line, just because it seems the books want you to be all over Buffalo.

Nah, I dont think the line is fishy. I dont think the Bills are riding a streak from last season. I mean, they did lose a "must win" to the 4th string Pittsburgh Steelers the last game of the year. And even if they were riding a streak, the streak has ended. The Bills have lost 2 straight. The defense hasnt been the same this year. Even before Takeo Spikes got hurt, Cadillac ripped apart our defense and last week, the Bills made Finneran look like an all-star. They couldnt stop a 3rd down if their life depended on it. Dunn, Vick and Duckett absolutely tore us apart on the ground. Now that Spikes is out for the year, we're in even bigger trouble. And the biggest problem of all, our QB is J.P. Losman. I believe Losman cost us the game on Sunday. If anyone watched the game, he was overthrowing wrs about 5 yards downfield. I dont care if he's a rookie. Our O-line sucks but when he had time, he should be hitting wrs that have 1,2 steps on the defenders. I'll stop venting until someone replies rebutting what I just said. Until then, my point is: the bills defense is not as good as last year, Losman sucks, our o-line still sucks, and Spikes is out for the year.

Nice write-up, that all sounds good for my Patriots, we should sweep the series this year. Can't wait for that Sunday nighter....

Losman needs time, as most rookie QB's do.

Whoa Mr. Cursed cut them a little slack. They have yet to lose to a bad team. Falcons and Tampa not too shabby. The defense has been disappointment, but it can't get much worse as far as run defense. The lose of spikes is big. But as i stated it can't get much worse on run defense. You are right about losman he has to be more accurate. That could be part of the problem defense on the field too long. If he can find his freakin stride bills will be ok. But everybody that follows football knew that. He has the weapons and the oline is playing better than expected. At least he hasn't pulled a Culpepper and thrown 9 ints.

I think the line is about right...mainly because the Bills have been hit HARD by injuries this season. Spikes is gone, Mike Williams is out, Fletcher is hobbling, and Milloy is playing with a broken thumb. All of these guys are key contributors. For the Saints, Joe Horn is questionable with a hamstring injury, and Aaron Brooks continues to be perhaps the most erractic starting QB in the league. I think it will come down to how Losman performs. Through the first three games he has seemed too hyper...sailing his throws and missing open guys. It is still early, but it seems like Losman's ball is tough to catch...witness the many near-INT's he has thrown and the drops his WRs have had.
Anyway, I'm a Bills fan, so I'll be rooting for them on Sunday!
