Seperate the good teams from the great teams
BIG PLAY
Florida -4
I think Urban Meyer and Chris Leak form the best QB/Head Coach Tandem in the Nation ...
Alabama will play hard but i just don't see them being able to match Florida athlete for athlete.... Florida wins this one 27-17

Agreed-I've said it in here before (when they do win the championship I'll dredge up the post) but FLA will win it all this year. Urban is too damn good at pushing buttons and motivating, not to mention milking ANY kind of talent out of the players who buy in. That stuff is huge in college and I miss his presence on our sideline tremendously. But I'm pullin' hard for the Gators every week-simply b/c great coaches are so few and far between anymore it seems. (maybe I'm being myopic but I'm entitled after the great year the man gave us last year-wished we could have played Auburn or USC).
Take the 4 and run willie!

WW,
Being a Tide fan it's difficult to admit sometimes when things aren't as good as they can be. The Tide is in that era when the are just not as good as they can (will) be. Every one wants to remember the glory days but truth is, the talent level is not the same as then. Bama will give the Gators all they want but in the end, Gators will prevail, as I have played them in my thread.
So in closing ........
Good Luck to both of us as money spends much better than pride.

I should of said LEAK and MEYER "arguably" form the best QB/HC tandem in the country, don't want to disrespect the likes of Leinart/Carroll.
But when i sit down and look at the games, when i see a good Florida Team who has been tested minus this small #, i gotta believe this is a good play..
I too have been very impressed with the way Meyer has come in to Gainesville and has brought the swagger back. Utah was great last year ATS with the #1 overall pick in the NFL under center and arguably the best coach roaming the sidelines.. Chris Leak has been as solid as any qb in the country so far this year, completing 71.1% of his passes with 9 TD's and ZERO interceptions.
LET'S GO GATORS
Good Luck to everybody this weekend .... LOVE THE FEEDBACK

YTD 2-5
Wyoming -17 This has been a solid team this year. Went to Florida in Week 1, got it taken to them a little bit , but no surprise and since has been a good team with a few nice wins (Ole Miss, and Air Force) I like this team in this conference this year, and following a big road win 24-14 at Ole Miss , no reason they can't bury this UNLV team..
Penn St +3 This program is due. This quarterback is due, THIS DEFENSE can play and contain Maroney. Minnesota's strength is the run and this is arguably the best defense in the big ten. Michael Robinson is a playmaker and he has some young playmakers around him. A 4-0 Home Dog is value in this conference
UAB-18 I know this is another big number, but this is a total mismatch. Don't be concerned with UAB only beating D-IAA Jacksonville St by a touchdown. UAB has been a solid program of late. QB Hackney has been around. Rice is one of those D-1B programs so to speak. UAB is coming off an ordinary bye week, while Rice has had disruptions due to HURRICANE RITA
