this mother fucker bearing down on the texas coast is getting to close for comfort. im 150 miles from the beach/galveston and they are calling for 70-100 mph winds depending on how close the eye gets to college station. right now it is projected to come right over us or just west of us. no chance of flooding here but power outage for a fews days looks immenent.
we are all about to see history in the making as the 2nd cat 5 hurricane is going to slam the south coastline again. dont think we have ever seen 2 cat 5 in the same season hit the US.
ill be praying for the people on the coast, but seems people have now heeded the warning and are flowing into town here to get away from the coastline.
gas will sky rocket as they say the rifinery's here in texas supply upwards of 15% of all US gas needed daily.alot of the refineries are at or below sea level here. bad bad news again.
got my crown royal, case of beer, 4 cases of water 1 week worth of non perishable food.if it stays below 90 MPH wind here im staying put.
