NFL 1 - 1
I like the NO for a couple reasons. More talent, better recievers and a more seasoned mobile QB. The G-men rolled last week based on Zona's mistakes not based on great QB play. I do think Eli will be a great QB in time but he has at least another year to go and I do think NO is still playing on emotion and public support. This may be a tight game but I have to lean toward the dog.. This is a 1 unit play for me.

I really hate to go against Xerri and Beerman but D has owned the Redskins and D has a much better Offense and a solid D-fense. The bottom line is this, Brunell looks old plain and simple. A 100 year old QB and Hall is out as well so their kicking game may also be a thorn in their side. This will be a 1 unit play as well. Here is a very telling stat as well, Dallas leads the all-time regular season series by a tally of 54-32-2, with victories in 14 of the last 15 contests played. They do tend to play close games but I was less than impressed with the skins last week, yes they played a very good D but at home against a rookie QB should have been a larger win. Dallas shutdown LT in charger land and Bledsoe looked steady and solid which is all he needs to be, he does not need to be spectacular with the running game and assmunch MEEEshaw Johnson to throw to.. I see Dallas shutting down Portis and forcing Brunell to beat them which I do not feel he can at this point in his career..
