Like the revenge factor here taking 1 unit -4 on virginia tech tomorrow. VT boys circled this game.
Tech is going to be tough to beat.
AT tech I could see the line being Tech -8, so -4 on the road seems reasonable. The only thing NC State has is good D, but I doubt their offense can keep up with tech.
