I think the over 30 is a great play.
Hawaii has been moving the ball very well on SC, and being down by 18 can't play the "ball control" offense they played in the first half. They had a couple of long passes dropped that could have easily been TD's
USC is scoring at will. They get the ball to open the half and i expect them to put up a TD within 5 minutes. The starters should stay in through the end of the 3rd at least. And then again USC's backups could start for any other team in the country...
