18-17 overall, -6.3 units...Plan is to finish in the plus column and I am itching to do that this week.
Over 38 1/2 Jets/Eagles (3 units) Most of the 2nd string will play in this tilt and last years game went to the Jets 28-27.
Tampa Bay -3 1/2 (1 unit) Bucs trying to find their offense and they should figure it out in this game at home. Last year they won 17-9 vs Houston.
Browns +2 1/2 (1 unit) Browns hungry new coach vs a team still trying to get the right mix at QB.
New England -5 1/2 (2 units) Patriots 7-0 last home game and Giants coming off big win vs the Jets. Reserves delight with edge to the Pats defensive newcomers and receivers.
Steelers +3 (1 unit) Carolina terrible vs AFC opposition, just 5-15 ats the last 20. Maddox will get more snaps as will Weinke and the backs for the Steelers want to prove something in this tilt.
Jags +5 (1 unit) Dallas poor vs AFC as a fav and this should be a defensive battle, however most of the backups will play in this tilt as well. New kicker for Dallas should give them a 3 pt win in the end. 17-14.
Skins +4 (1 unit) Ravens 1-6 as a fav more than 4 and they opened as a 5 pt fav. Lots of backups in this game as well and few carries for Lewis of the Ravens.
Packers +7 (1 unit) Titans 0-8 as fav >4 pts...Packers can't be as bad as they played in Buffalo could they?
Over 41 49'ers/Chargers (1 unit) 31-15 last years score and 49'ers defense will get tested to the max.
Indy +3 (5 units) Colts no wins? That stops here in Cincy. Last year Lewis wanted to make a statement with the 16-13 win in pre-season vs the Colts. Manning and Dungy want to make a statement they aren't going to go o'fer in the pre-season!!!
