It's been a disastrous two weeks so I'm going to take it very easy this week. Need a bounce back in a bad way. I might have one or two more but I'm going to try and limit the plays. Best of luck to everyone!!!!

What the hell happened to Moods? Didn't see the match but the score was ugly, and I had him for a unit as well. Screw it.
Also wish I had the guts to pull the trigger on Berdych: I love Nadal but he was ripe for an upset after the Agassi match.Berdych is damn tough on HC especially.
Oh well.
I like Berdych a lot tomorrow, but do not know the odds. This tournament is very, very loaded with talent and I am being extraordinarily careful:the men's side of tennis is insanely deep with talent, perhaps the greatest era in history. No longer are "clay court specialists" only that;these guys can play on all surfaces and are extremely dangerous. Ironically, the only sure bet is against an American on clay in general! :gulp: :gulp:

what do you think about Hewitt in the morning?

Safin match, Rusedski has been playing very well this summer. Normally I would always prefer Hewitt, but lifetime they are dead even on fast surfaces. (3-3). Hewitt coming off an injury, and is a bit rusty. I am avoiding the match but would not be overly shocked if Rusedski served out a win. GL on what you decide...:gulp:

Tough match. I would say a 3 setter with Safin probably winning but who knows.

Can't wait for Aug 29th!
Lleyton Hewitt owns A-Rod 6-1 so I'm going with the stats.....
Hewitt -110
Federer is looking great as always and Ginepri is looking great as well so I'm taking Ginepri +6 -138 and hedging it with the +6 to tie at +600

on Roddick despite the following note on Fed Ex's record, which is absolutely insane. Incredible talent.I have a unit to lose, and I probably will. I think Federer is all the way back now, but there is a slight chance the lingering rust, and the crowd, will allow Roddick to squeak out a W. I seriously doubt it, but it is worth the risk for me this week. The quote:
"Federer has won 17 straight matches since a loss to Nadal in the French Open semifinals and is 63-3 this year. He is 37-1 on hard courts in 2005, with the only loss coming to Marat Safin in the Australian Open semifinals, a match in which he held a match point. "
Absolutely incredible. And Nadal not far behind. Everyone else is playing for third place these days...:gulp:

I scratched my head and wondered why I would almost willingly give away a unit. Wishful thinking is all I can say, and perhaps my way of giving back LOL!!! I have had a decent week, and look forward to the Pilot Pen, but betting against Federer is as hopeless a task as you can get!!
Truly the best tennis player I have seen.He may not ever get Sampras' numbers, but to me he is better than Sampras ever was...certainly more graceful than anyone I can recollect watching.:gulp: :gulp:
