New Year Has New Hopes for Both Teams..SD to Get 1 Step Farther into the Playoffs after a Big Year Last Year with Drew Brees Playing so Well..How will Rivers Play this Year or Will he get to Play...GB is Favre...Favre...Favre...GB must Improve at D this Year to Have Any Hope...Now Since this is a Pre-Season Game..Players Will Play Little But alot of Different Ones will Play...A Good Rythym is Hard to Achieve in Pre-Season on O...Right Now a No Play on a Side Yet..But Lean to SD...But I like the Over for this Reason..Last Year..SD was the 3rd Best Scoring Team at 27.9 pts/g and GB was 5th at 26.5 pts/g in the League...(SD had the 11th Best Scoring D at 19.6 pts/g Allowed and GB had the 23rd Worst Scoring D Allowing 23.8 pts/g)...2 Good O's vs 1 Average D and 1 Poor D from Last Year..You Build on What you Have coming Back...GB had the 3rd Best Passing Attack from Last Year at 277.6 Yds/g vs SD 2nd Worst Passing D Allowing 253.3 Yds/g...Just See the Total in the Low to Mid 40's (Even for Pre-Season) in this One..Me Thinks..So...

green bay wont be able to stop anyone this yera defensivley, they will give up a ton of points. their offense will still be solid though and should keep them competitive in some games. i see both teams scoring a lot of points and the total going well over.
