Good call on Temple under. The Owls lost their offensive brainstrust when he left after last season and came to UNC to be the WR coach. He was responsible for their dramatically improved offensive production and now he's gone. Look for Temple to struggle on O.

These games, as with the rest of my early season plays will be small..........Hate betting trends, but what else is there in the 1st 3 weeks? Feel fairly strong with these plays and have some others for the weekend, but still crunching some numbers. Vandy is far better ATS than Wake is at covering it, as is Temple. Can't recall the number of games last year, but Vandy lost several games by less than 7 points and they have a legitmate NFL prospect at QB, just hope he has a couple of playmakers to join him. We shall see.:thumbs:

Several Tools I use are showing a final score in the mid to upper 40's for the game.

After seeing this game will be played at Reliant Stadium instead of O'Quinn Field, I decided to make it a play.

Last season Houston @ Reliant Stadium:

I remember all too well being on the Cougar bandwagon with Kolb at the beginning of last year and losing both the Rice game and then Army 2 weeks later then drawing a line in the sand and avoiding them the remainder of the season.....which turned into a smart move since they went 3-6 ATS the rest of the way out....I'm not on the wagon here in 2005 but right now I am walking along side of it though.....confidence is high that Kolb will return to put up numbers like or better than his frosh year but they did lose a pair of starters on the line to injury.....

Oh how I miss the days of study hall..........3 Hour practices then mandatory study hall for all Frosh.....Then just maintian a 2.0 to be eligible (and stay out of the hall). Was failrly easy to find a hottie to write my papers and let me look over her shoulder, as a matter of fact ended up marrying the gal. I'm curious why you and just about everyone else is so high on Vandy? I think Wake is going to be a player this year. While capping this game i'm seeing a 14-17 pt win for wake. Am I missing something??

All of my angles are showing a Wake win by a max. of 2 points and some are showing Vandy winning by as many as 3 points. Live dog in my eyes. Seeing 60-68% money coming in on Wake and the line dropping has me liking the play even more. Wake does not fair will as a Fav, much less an open double digit Fav..

Vandy plays in the toughest football conf. in the nation and Wake just does not face the talent year in and out like Vandy does. Wake may win but 8-10 is a stretch IMO.
