Welcome to Ultimatecapper.com!!!! Please read over the rules and guidelines that we have listed below! As of today we are going back to the basics that built this forum. No more bashing period! If at anytime you are having a problem please notify a MOD! If you have an E-mail of a MOD, please email them if you are having a problem contacting one on the board! DO NOT take matters into your own hands. You will be in just as much trouble as the trouble maker! Our goal here is to share and provide information to each other in a friendly manner! We like to think of one another as a big happy family here at Ultimatecapper.com! So with that we welcome you! Please make sure you read over all the rules as it will answer many of your questions!

DO NOT post a racial slur, you will be banned. No exceptions to this rule.
DO NOT post a URL Links, E-mail address, phone # or Instant messenger handles. If you think that the link is innocent, email one of us and we will check it out and let you know if it’s OK to post it. Do NOT post it until then.
DO contact Kevin in the General Forum If you have over 100 posts and want an avatar. There is a sticky at the top of the forum for this! Please follow the rules in this thread!
DO NOT post a LOCK or a guaranteed winner. Anything along this line will not be tolerated.
DO NOT start a new thread telling members you will be back later with your picks!
DO NOT sign up just to give praise and thanks to another capper. If you want to sign up and post some plays, fine. This is a handicapping site, not a kiss ass site.
DO NOT clutter up the sports forums with needless threads. That is the reason we have a General Discussion forum.
DO NOT start a thread asking where someone is. You may go to the General Discussion forum and ask, but not the sports forums.
DO NOT start a thread or a poll unless you are posting plays. If you are a capper here, you have a free reign to do as you please. I see a lot of posters starting threads and have over 100 posts that have never posted a play. This is not a chat room.
DO help out the new guys. If a new guy asks a question, help him out. We were all new here once learning from one another is why we are here.
DO post a record! Here at Ultimate capper we recommend that you post your record and units everyday with your plays. This is not a requirement but a good way to gain respect from your fellow cappers!
DO NOT start a thread telling everyone you won a bet.
DO NOT act like an attention whore! A winning night or a winning streak does not make you "Da Man". If you have an ego problem, Ultimate Capper is not the place for you!
DO make note that the MOD’s are not ban happy! Ultimate Capper was built on a non-bashing atmosphere! We have been pretty patient with most of you. Maybe more than we should have been. Lately some things have gotten out of control and its time to stop!
Do NOT post if you have been drinking and know that you’re an asshole when you drink! Take a break from posting till you feel better.
DO NOT Fight with members of Ultimate Capper! If you stumble across a thread with posters fighting, do not get involved. They will be dealt with and you will be too if you get into it. Were here to all get along! The MOD’s don’t want to be your babysitter, were not here to ban folks at a drop of a dime! We are here to enjoy ourselves just like you are! You will find that the MOD’s are very patient! We would rather that you stay than go. If you give us no other choice, you will be gone!
We have a lot of posters here that have their own cliques. Please make sure that when you joke with someone, they are a friend of yours. This has caused problems in the past! You might think the poster knows your joking but in fact they take it the wrong way! If you want to joke around and call each other names make sure your both on the same level! You can have fun without bashing someone.

DO NOT Post www buttons if you are posting in the Main forums. Certain exceptions will be allowed but must be approved by a Ref. There are a few that have these and are OK. I'm sure you know what is allowedand what is not

DO NOT post an inflated line! Use a line that is the same as the offshore line. Manipulations of lines will not be tolerated! Inflating lines to make you win to look good will not be tolerated. If you have to go to www.linesandodds.com to get a line, do so!
DO make this the best site and year ever at UC. It takes more effort to be an asshole that it does to be nice.
DO as you please as long as you follow the rules. This is your forum! Just don't hurt anyone in the process.
If you came here from another forum we welcome you here and want you to have an enjoyable time. Please leave you past record there. Your starting a new and clean slate here and so is your YTD. Remember to be honest with your YTD. Only include plays that you posted in your record. No phantom plays or I bet it but did not post it.
If you are not Bobby, Kevin or Jerbeek, you have no clout here. No matter how long you have been here or how many mulligans you think you have, you are only fooling yourself.
