I've been away for quite some time now guys just trying to sort things out the best I could. Things are starting to get normal again and it's time to kickoff the football season with some Canadian Football. Even you Americans can get this stuff on TV. Keep in mind that several CFB stars endup in the CFL. Arizona State RB Hakim Hill is starring for Toronto this season. Good Luck

Hamilton TiCats-Montreal Alouettes 'Under' 53 (1 Unit)

The Hamilton Ti-Cats will look to improve on last season's disastrous campaign. Seeing that I hate Hamilton, it would be hard for me to tell you they will cover the 12 points. Montreal has dominated the last three meetings. When putting together some numbers, I thought the total should be more in the 45-50 point range. Sure Montreal has one of the most prolific offences in the CFL, however, the loss of Jermain Copeland could make a bigger difference than people think.

I can also see why all the money is being put on the OVER in this game because people figure the Ti-Cats will field the same atrocious defence as 2004. Not the case. Hamilton's defence is significantly better this season and holding Montreal to 30 or less would be a very reasonable goal. In their last three home openers, Montreal have put together the following totals:

2004: 32-14 MTL win = 46 points

2003: 34-16 MTL win = 50 points

2002: 28-12 MTL win = 40 points

It's still very early in the season and teams are not in-sync just yet. Tonight's game will be run at a slow-pace and I expect both teams to work out some kinks.

Good Luck to all!
