Houston (69-56) at NY Yankees (68-55)
When: Monday, August 24th, 2015
Where: Yankee Stadium, New York, NY
Time: 7:05 ET

The Houston Astros take to the road tonight to begin a 3-game series with the New York Yankees. The Astros just got done sweeping the Dodgers in dominating fashion by holding L.A. to only 3 runs all weekend. They still lead the American League West by 4 games, but now they have Texas on their heels instead of the free-falling Angels. Many didn’t think the Astros could keep this pace up, but their pitching has been really strong all season long to go along with their timely hitting. Now it’s time to see how they play on the big stage at Yankee Stadium.
The Yankees are still trying to catch the Toronto Blue Jays in the East. The Yanks lost another game in the standings yesterday and now trail the Jays by a half a game. The Indians took 3 out of 4 in the Bronx this weekend after the Yankees swept the Twins early last week. Nathan Eovaldi will look to improve on his 13-2 record this year. It’s a bit deceiving as his ERA is 4.24 and has given up 158 hits in 136 innings. Needless to say he’s gotten great run support this year.
The Yankees should be able to hit Scott Feldman tonight. He’s surrendered 12 home runs on the year and the Yanks have hit 164 of them this year. Take the runline.
