Current 2007 Super Bowl Betting Odds SuperBowl XLI betting odds are already out and from the looks of it bothLas Vegas AND offshore sportsbooks don't have a clue who's goingto win it all this year as there's no real clear cut favorite. Indyand New England head up the shortest odds and there's a decent chancethat neither will be there when it's all said and done.
Our predictions? We'd like to take a poke at a few teams thathave been building up to first class status as well as betteredthemselves during the offseason. Oh, our not so dark darkhorsesdon't have too shabby of coaches either.
We like the Dallas Cowboys to win it all this year. The piecesare there. At 11/1 their not really a darkhorse, but their notreally getting the credit they deserve either. Their a betterteam than the Pats who are currently sitting at 15/2.
We're back with the Minnesota Vikings at 25/1 as another darkhorse.Yeah yeah, we picked them last year as well, but the Culpepperdebacle killed what could have been a solid wager. He single handedlysunk that team with poor decisions. The injury he sustained wasactually a good thing for the Vikings however it was too lateby that time. The Bengals are worth a gamble at 20/1 and "Da Bears"at 17/1 are also worth some lunch money bets. The odds of winningthe Super Bowl would be considered value bets and longshots andpay quite nicely.
Overrated are the Washington Redskins at 13/1 and Chargers at14/1. Last we checked Drew Brees left for the Saints. Oddsmakersare giving the Bolts 14/1 with a rookie QB? Are you kidding me?Avoid that bet at all costs. Then again anything can happen in the NFL.
Notice we didn't list the Colts or Seahawks as a pick? We hadto leave somebody out so we didn't look like bandwagoners!
