Sweet 16 Betting Odds

As we head into the backstretch of the 2006 March Madness Tournament, odds to win the tournament have been released for the Big Dance's "Sweet 16."

Uconn heads up the betting at a very low 2-1. The Huskies are a team that when their on their game and playing with motivation are very tough to beat.

Don't think that some of these other teams can't compete though! After seeing George Mason and their stingy defense smoke North Carolina who can resist but to throw down a lunch money bet on that tenacious defense at 100-1?

UCLA who entered the tourney at 49-1 to win has now moved down to 8-1 as well. This is a very athletic team that on any given day can beat anybody, including the Huskies and the Dukies.

Another darkhorse underdog we like is LSU at 25-1. You gotta have BIGS to go far in the tourney and "Big Baby" is as smoothe as anybody around the block. They've got a nice perimeter game to compliment his play as well.
